About the role

• Senior Product Designer shaping user experiences for happyhotel, a company enhancing hotel revenue through innovative pricing solutions. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams for design consistency.

Responsibilities

• You are our first dedicated designer and will shape how happyhotel looks and feels — in the product and beyond.
• You work closely with Product Management and Engineering to create a consistent user experience.
• You combine clear UX thinking with a strong design sensibility and carry our brand visually into the product.

Requirements

• You understand our users’ needs through interviews and feedback.
• You bring the user perspective into all product decisions.
• You collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to develop usable and feasible solutions.
• You create appropriate artifacts depending on the phase: flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or handovers.
• You test your ideas with users and iterate to improve them.
• You evolve our design system and establish clear standards for design artifacts.
• You share insights from user research and design work across the company.
