Account Manager in Warsaw for Fitch Solutions' new sales team managing accounts in Poland. Focusing on retention and revenue growth, collaborating with global sales teams.
Responsibilities
Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts overachieving on sales targets
Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new customers
Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings/emails
Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs
Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce
Requirements
Prior experience in an Account Management/Relationship Management role
Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent relationship building, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English
Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative
Proficient in MS office
Prior experience selling research/data would be a plus
Ability to understand and interpret market trends
Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools
