Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of our eCS website, a digital self-service portal for cardholders.
- Participate in the definition and communication of product vision and roadmap for eCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and customer support.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive sprint planning.
- Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and user stories.
- Facilitate story refinement sessions for clarity and detail in user stories and epics for the development team.
- Engage closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in developing digital applications, specifically within credit/debit products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and a solid grasp of design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, ensuring digital products meet compliance requirements.
- Experience with analytics tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
- Familiarity with distributed technologies, including APIs and databases.
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
