Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine CSC Generation's corporate development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential investment opportunities within the retail and consumer sectors.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance CSC Generation's competitive position, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach.
Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target prioritization, operational and financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and deal structuring.
Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment thesis development to evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
Identify and assess risks associated with potential transactions and develop mitigation strategies to protect CSC Generation's interests.
Collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute post-merger integration plans, ensuring seamless transition and realization of synergies across the Genesis platform.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, investors, and potential partners.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to cross-functional deal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, with experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
Demonstrated ability to present deal recommendations, investment theses, and risk assessments clearly to executive and board-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams through ambiguous, high-stakes transactions.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across diligence, negotiation, and integration with precision and urgency.
