About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler renovation projects
- Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
- Ensuring contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
- Adherence to all technical guidelines (e.g. VdS) and standards
- Change order / claims management
- Maintaining client relationships and participating in construction meetings
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training
- Further qualification as a technician (Techniker) or a comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or another CAD/design program
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Strong service orientation
