About the role

  • Sales Director at Fipto driving growth in blockchain-native financial services. Accelerating commercial success engaging with PSPs, fintechs, and the crypto payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by sourcing, developing, and closing new business with PSPs, payment facilitators, acquirers, crypto-native companies, and fintechs.
  • Leverage your established network of senior decision-makers across the payments and crypto industries to generate a qualified pipeline from day one.
  • Identify and engage prospects where Fipto’s stablecoin and crypto payment infrastructure provides a compelling alternative to traditional cross-border corridors.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (C-suite, Treasury, Compliance, Product) and tailor Fipto’s value proposition to each.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on crypto payment rails, stablecoin settlement, and on/off-ramp solutions, educating prospects on how blockchain-based infrastructure can transform their treasury and payment operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations to structure bespoke payment solutions that meet clients’ regulatory and commercial requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging crypto and payments use cases to shape Fipto’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Fipto at industry events, conferences, and roundtables (Money20/20, Pay360, Token2049, Consensus, EthCC, etc.) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting to support data-driven forecasting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the payments, crypto, or fintech industry, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the PSP landscape: acquiring, issuing, payment orchestration, cross-border settlement, and treasury flows.
  • Hands-on experience in the crypto/digital assets ecosystem is essential.
  • Understanding of stablecoin mechanics (USDT, USDC, settlement flows), on/off-ramp infrastructure, blockchain-based payments, and the regulatory landscape around digital assets (MiCA, VASP frameworks).
  • An extensive and activable network of senior contacts at PSPs, payment facilitators, acquirers, crypto-native companies, and fintechs—with the ability to generate pipeline through direct relationships.
  • Strong understanding of stablecoin payments infrastructure, on/off-ramp mechanics, and blockchain-based settlement—ideally gained through a role at Bridge, BVNK, Zerohash or a comparable stablecoin/crypto payments provider.
  • Ability to navigate complex deal structures involving compliance, legal, and technical stakeholders across both traditional finance and crypto.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment at the intersection of payments and crypto.
