About the role

  • Product Specialist developing and scaling SaaS solutions for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries at Finsolutia. Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA for high-quality feature delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into well-structured product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and QA teams during backlog refinement and sprint activities to ensure clear scope, alignment, and high-quality feature delivery within Agile teams.
  • Collect and structure customer feedback and support user research activities to identify usability issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation and release notes, and support internal enablement through product demos, feature explanations, and release communications.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, customer success, and revenue teams to clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Experience producing high-quality product requirements (user stories, workflows, requirements, release notes), using tools such as Confluence or similar.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and with concepts such as APIs and SaaS.
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus points: Fluency in English.
  • Experience in mortgage credit, insurance, fintech, proptech, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Experience using customer support or issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Intercom).
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Experience creating product demos, internal enablement materials, or release communications.
