About the role

  • (Junior) Operations Planning Manager handling vehicle inflowing and outflowing processes at Munich-based startup. Collaborating with OEMs and partners for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • As a (Junior) Operations Planning Manager (m/f/x), you will play a central role in Fleet Operations and be responsible for the processes around vehicle inflow and outflow (infleeting and defleeting). We are currently hiring one person for Infleeting and one person for Defleeting.
  • In Infleeting, you will coordinate collaboration with OEMs, vehicle registration offices and compounds to ensure the smooth delivery and provisioning of new vehicles.
  • In Defleeting, you will manage the processes from vehicle return through de-fleeting and work closely with OEMs, remarketing partners and compounds.
  • As a key interface in operational vehicle management, you will work with external service providers and internal teams such as Customer Care, Sales, Purchasing and Remarketing. By continuously optimizing operational processes, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and FINN’s growth.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, e.g. as an automotive sales specialist (Automobilkaufmann/-frau), ideally complemented by further qualification (e.g. business, logistics or automotive specialist) or a degree in Automotive Management, Business Administration or Logistics / Supply Chain.
  • Ideally, some initial professional experience (e.g. in operations, freight forwarding or logistics), preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a startup.
  • You work in a highly structured way, have a strong attention to detail and maintain an overview. You enjoy questioning and improving processes.
  • You can easily build trusting relationships with partner companies. Even when things don’t run perfectly, you remain results-oriented and keep a cool head.
  • Very good German (C2) and good English skills (B2).
