Responsibilities
- oversees a diverse team of product information management (PIM) Data Analysts
- provides support and structure to ensure on-time and quality implementation of supplier data
- serves as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders or vendors
- engages in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality data practices
- manages data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives and mergers and acquisitions
- identifies & implements opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality
- follows all SOX / Audit compliance requirements
- actively engages in continuous process improvement
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, information systems, marketing or a related field
- five (5) or more years of managing data or related experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL
- experience with data BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
- experience working with a PIM system, preferably STIBO Systems
- understanding of data governance and control distribution of data points
- knowledge of workflow management techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Root Cause Analysis
