Responsibilities
Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple product teams.
Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
Monitor operational performance metrics and dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and errors, then partner with team leads to design and implement concrete improvements.
Maintain staffing and operating forecasts for offshore teams, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and performance reporting to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product leadership and the Executive team on ways to improve product operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
1-3 years of experience in operations, management consulting, finance, or a related analytical field.
Demonstrated experience owning and improving processes end-to-end, from diagnosing issues to rolling out and monitoring changes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience.
Experience with analytics or project management tools, such as Jira, Notion, Sigma, Tableau, etc.
