Responsibilities
Independently develop and implement our SEO strategy.
Lead complex SEO projects such as platform migrations, including preserving and expanding key backlink and ranking metrics.
Manage our SEA channels, including keyword strategy, budget planning and performance optimization.
Define and prioritize test roadmaps, including statistically robust A/B tests, sample-size calculations, uplift analyses and timing considerations.
Technical implementation and optimization of WordPress, Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/CSS adjustments in collaboration with developers.
Protect and grow our SEO assets during migrations without risking existing rankings.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style: you identify blockers early, find practical solutions and drive projects forward.
Balance speed and thoroughness: you act quickly without compromising statistical validity or quality.
Team and knowledge development: you share experience, support others and contribute to a lean marketing culture.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in online marketing, ideally with B2B marketing.
Solid expertise in SEO and/or SEA — dual expertise is a plus.
Technical understanding of WordPress, Google Tag Manager and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Senior-level SEO know‑how: site structure, landing pages, content strategies, internal/external linking, performance optimization (speed/mobile) and an understanding of core ranking factors.
SEA competence in keyword strategy, budget management and performance analysis.
Confident with data and statistics — confidence intervals, uplift calculations, sample-size planning and test-duration trade-offs are familiar to you.
Decisiveness and pragmatism — you prioritize MVPs, assess risks and act quickly without sacrificing statistical rigor.
German at native level and good English skills.
