About the role

  • Digital Marketing Analyst at DOM ensuring accurate data analysis for marketing campaigns. Collaborating across teams to enhance performance and reporting through reliable data collection.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Supporting tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and CRMs.
  • Auditing data platforms to identify discrepancies, gaps, or anomalies.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies.
  • Developing benchmarks, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned with client goals.
  • Supporting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword measurement efforts.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Presenting data in a way that is clear, digestible, and actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Developing measurement strategies that accurately capture events and conversions tied to client KPIs.
  • Communicating technical requirements and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborating with PPC, SEO, and other marketing teams to ensure data supports performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in an agency or larger marketing environment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying, manipulating, and presenting data.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and digital platform auditing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to identify data anomalies and troubleshoot tracking or reporting issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • Basic understanding of PPC and SEO tactics and common KPIs.
  • Ability to summarize complex analyses in clear, concise language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn and adapt.
