About the role

  • Lead Developer Success Engineering team for Finch in a hybrid working environment. Focus on team coaching, product adoption, and customer technical health across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Developer Success Engineers
  • Own performance development, capacity planning, and financial targets alignment
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical escalations and lead incident resolutions
  • Oversee product advocacy and provide feedback to drive core product roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with Account Management for actionable growth strategies based on technical insights
  • Capture and measure technical health of the customer base to guide strategic investments
  • Improve customer experience by developing strategies for API maturity levels

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a customer-facing technical team (Solutions Architects, Technical CSMs, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in API architectures, client-resolution methodologies, and cloud environments (AWS a bonus)
  • Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
  • Exceptional communication skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with payroll integrations and HR system architecture.
