Strategic Account Executive managing and expanding relationships with existing clients for Finastra's payments solutions. Driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction across North America and beyond.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and acting as a trusted advisor.
Proactively identify client needs and align them with our solutions to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Work closely with product specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
Oversee contract renewals and ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track account performance, forecast revenue, and inform strategic decisions.
Partner with leadership to develop strategies for account expansion and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in B2B complex sales, with a focus on account management and growth in large or strategic accounts.
Experience selling wholesale payments solutions to large US banks.
Demonstrated success in expanding existing client relationships and driving incremental revenue.
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and account planning methodologies.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to uncover opportunities within established relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
