Month-end: Overseeing month-end to ensure all necessary data is captured and processed accurately by our fin-operators.
Analysis: Producing insight that drives impact and supports decision-making across your portfolio. This will also include storytelling and messaging – so that the numbers, trends and analytics are brought to life.
Reporting: Managing the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, with the latter being key. Your role is to really help each organisation remain agile and future-focused.
Networking: Building strong relationships both internally and externally across your portfolio so you are the trusted business partner for all things finance.
Mentoring: Training fin-operators across the wider fin-house team, assisting them with their learning and development.
Projects: Leading on change management projects – whether that is software implementation, reviewing processes or new commercial opportunities across your clients or fin-house.

An accountancy qualification is desirable, but we’re willing to consider relevant alternative paths.
4-5 years’ experience working in a finance-related role
Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks is ideal
Proficient at Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience of working with a portfolio of clients is desirable
