Responsibilities
Blend deep experience in health care benefits and product development with a passion for analysis
Work closely with a Product Owner (Squad Leader) and technology teams to create, prioritize, and maintain product backlog
Translate business requirements to technical resources to focus the team on delivering business solutions
Support Fidelity’s HealthCare initiative focused on driving efficiency and scalability within the outbounds platform
Enable the successful implementation and onboarding of Health & Welfare (H&W) clients to Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB)
Requirements
8+ years of Business Analyst/Consultant experience
Ability to prioritize iterative product releases leading to a successful customer experience
Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Agile approach: experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Basic reporting knowledge
Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the squad
Fair understanding of US Healthcare domain with good understanding of Outbounds Files and Data flows
