About the role

  • Business Analyst Consultant blending healthcare expertise with technology solutions for Fidelity. Collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and implement client onboarding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Blend deep experience in health care benefits and product development with a passion for analysis
  • Work closely with a Product Owner (Squad Leader) and technology teams to create, prioritize, and maintain product backlog
  • Translate business requirements to technical resources to focus the team on delivering business solutions
  • Support Fidelity’s HealthCare initiative focused on driving efficiency and scalability within the outbounds platform
  • Enable the successful implementation and onboarding of Health & Welfare (H&W) clients to Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB)

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Business Analyst/Consultant experience
  • Ability to prioritize iterative product releases leading to a successful customer experience
  • Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Agile approach: experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic reporting knowledge
  • Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the squad
  • Fair understanding of US Healthcare domain with good understanding of Outbounds Files and Data flows
  • CSM/CSPO/BA Certification preferred
