About the role

  • Summer HR Intern at Ferrara supporting recruiting efforts and employee engagement initiatives in a global brand. Engaging with various HR functions and contributing to culture-building projects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning
  • Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles
  • Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team
  • Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated leadership or involvement on campus
  • Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
  • Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing
