Responsibilities
Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning
Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles
Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team
Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations
Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements
Participate in cross-functional projects
Requirements
Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Strong academic performance
Demonstrated leadership or involvement on campus
Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing
