About the role

  • Dealer Program Manager for HVAC dealer programs across the Southwest region. Collaborating with HVAC Director and driving dealer prospecting and growth with regular travel across region.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive implementation of brand-specific dealer growth programs across the region.
  • Track branch growth funds to ensure alignment with dealer eligibility and program goals.
  • Accountable for branded programs at the region level, including growth program investment.
  • Coordinate and monitor dealer rebate programs for the region.
  • Supervise dealer program implementation for the region, which involves registration, billing, and dealer tracking.
  • Support technical training registration and billing for education and certification opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing HVAC programs or similar administrative roles.
  • Outstanding organizational and tracking skills.
  • Proficiency in implementing and monitoring dealer programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to program guidelines and objectives.
  • Positive attitude and ambitious approach.
