- Deliver programmes in line with Target’s frameworks, ensuring control, compliance and quality
- Report progress clearly, escalate risks early and embed lessons learned

- Strong financial services experience
- A PM qualification (APM, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Experience leading PMs and managing portfolios
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches
- Experience delivering in outsourced or BPO environments (Bonus)
- Offshore team collaboration (Bonus)
- Exposure to ISO/CMMI (Bonus)
- Agile qualifications and/or MSP certification (Bonus)
