Responsibilities
Lead and support event planning from concept to completion
Collaborate with BD on guest list strategy, event content, and ROI analysis
Ensure events are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
Innovate and refine existing programs; propose new event strategies to enhance engagement and streamline processes
Track and report on metrics to measure success and improve outcomes
Partner with attorneys and BD to plan client appreciation and relationship-building events
Support budget tracking, ROI reporting, and strategic alignment for client-hosted events
Support Events Manager with budget oversight, including invoice processing and vendor management
Participate in team-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned
Requirements
5+ years of event planning or marketing experience in a fast-paced professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with marketing/event platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, ClickUp and event management tools
Collaborative mindset with a client-service orientation
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Strong judgment, professionalism, and sense of discretion
