Hold meetings with hiring managers to align and clarify candidate profiles.
Requirements
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good analytical ability;
Experience with the GUPY recruitment platform is essential;
Must reside in the Santana de Parnaíba, SP region.
