Responsibilities
- Practically, this person will have as their main responsibility to technically lead Salesforce projects, ensuring quality, scalability and alignment with best practices.
- Technically lead the development team, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
- Serve as a point of reference for technical decisions and resolution of complex problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure the team follows agile methodologies and uses tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Guide the team in the configuration and development of Salesforce components.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs).
- Knowledge of tools such as Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend development.
- Solid experience in development within the Salesforce platform (frontend and backend).
- Advanced experience in REST APIs, Salesforce security, architecture and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) for hybrid integrations.
- Knowledge of React and componentization best practices.
- Experience with unit testing and E2E testing.
- DevOps culture and experience with CI/CD, automated pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
