About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.
- Deliver executive presentations on product status and evolution roadmaps.
- Manage and evolve products focused on financial and back-office processes.
- Identify user and stakeholder needs by conducting journey mapping and solution discovery.
- Manage the backlog, define scope, and prioritize requests based on business value.
- Lead product rituals with the development team (delivery planning, execution tracking, user validation).
- Support analysis of KPIs, process efficiency, and return on implemented initiatives.
- Maintain continuous communication with business areas, IT, and partners to ensure alignment of deliveries.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and executive presentations.
- Serve as the business subject-matter expert for ERP and Financial workflows.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles.
- Experience delivering executive presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Proven experience in projects focused on financial processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, treasury).
- Strong background in back-office or ERP-focused products.
- Experience with system integrations (via APIs, middleware, or ETL solutions).
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Availability, knowledge, and proactivity to conduct in-person discovery with business areas.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication with diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Ability to incorporate Artificial Intelligence into your workflow.
- Functional knowledge of the Totvs RM ERP, especially the financial modules.
- Familiarity with RPA and AI applied to routine automation.
- Experience working in educational institutions.
- Product-related certifications (PMI-ACP, CSPO, Product Management, etc.).
