About the role
- Product Manager for BoxPCs, supporting product strategy and market introduction at leading technology company. Collaborating on product rollouts and managing portfolios across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Product Management in developing and implementing standard product strategies / standard product roadmap for Box PCs
- Ensure a strong standard product portfolio across multiple product lines
- Develop strategy related to markets and R&D – core technologies
- Conduct screening and market assessment / identify new technologies/areas of innovation and associated requirements
- Own the product portfolio, including innovation and realization
- Plan and coordinate product rollout phases, including supply chain planning figures
- Create PRD/MRDs (Product / Market Requirement Documents) for product lines in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Define standard product list pricing and strategy
- Produce sales and marketing materials, product presentations, technical articles (including marketing)
- Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, customer meetings, corporate briefings, and trade show planning
- Monitor and support R&D projects
Requirements
- Degree focusing on Engineering/Marketing, or equivalent degree/experience
- Several years of professional experience at leading global technology companies / with ODMs or OEMs
- Professional experience in customer support and marketing
- Extensive experience in launching new products (for both new and established markets)
- Expertise in product management, business development and partnering
- In-depth knowledge of Kontron technology and the Kontron product portfolio
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style, plus strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills
