About the role

  • Sales Executive conducting sales cycles for B2B educational solutions at Distrito. Engaging with C-level executives and negotiating contracts to enhance corporate training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations, mapping client needs and proposing tailored educational solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with companies, ensuring margin objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM with discipline and a strategic view of the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor performance indicators (conversion rate, sales cycle, etc.) and propose continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and prospecting support materials.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate education, consultancies, edtechs, or technology.
  • Experience in executive education, innovation, and artificial intelligence applied to learning.
  • Experience designing and delivering custom programs for leadership teams and large corporations.
  • Experience negotiating with medium and large companies and engaging with executive-level audiences (C‑level).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven sales mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Native Portuguese and intermediate English (desired).
  • Knowledge of innovation and digital transformation.
  • Ability to translate market insights and trends into concrete commercial opportunities.
