About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end hiring processes for retail positions at Fast Shop. Ensuring alignment with company culture and operational effectiveness in candidate journey.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end attraction, selection and hiring processes, ensuring coverage for replacements, expansion and internal transfers with operational autonomy and a critical view on candidate profiles and timelines.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for store positions, ensuring speed, accuracy and alignment with the company culture.
  • Align job profiles with hiring managers, understanding the specific needs of each store.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare technical and behavioral assessments.
  • Provide structured feedback to candidates, promoting a positive candidate experience.
  • Present job offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Ensure comprehensive job mapping to support more effective attraction strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably focused on operational roles.
  • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
  • Experience incorporating diversity and inclusion into recruitment processes.
  • Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with recruitment systems (ATS), such as Gupy, Taleo, SuccessFactors or similar.
  • Proficiency in competency-based interviews.
