About the role

  • Organic Social Specialist responsible for executing B2B organic social media program at Paysafe. Collaborating across teams to enhance brand visibility and manage content on major social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager, Social Media & Influence in the day-to-day management of B2B organic social activity across Paysafe and Leaders Merchant Services
  • Collaborate with PR, Corporate Affairs, Paid Media, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality content aligned to business priorities, thought leadership pillars, and external communications
  • Work with external social media agency partners to develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and platform-specific recommendations that elevate our B2B presence
  • Execute organic social publishing across major platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring consistent brand tone, quality, and compliance
  • Analyze performance across social channels, providing insights, dashboards, and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Support content development by providing briefs, collaborating on visual concepts, and working closely with creative teams on assets
  • Stay closely aligned with PR and Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent messaging and amplify key corporate announcements, leadership commentary, and press moments
  • Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new content opportunities that can support B2B brand storytelling and visibility
  • Maintain strong operational processes, including community management, content approvals, publication workflows, and brand governance

Requirements

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; or additional relevant experience in lieu of education, required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing organic social activity for B2B brands or corporate/enterprise audiences, required.
  • Hands-on experience publishing and optimizing content across major social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, X and Meta
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver content, campaigns, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of B2B content formats, thought leadership narratives, and organic social strategies
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems is an advantage, though not a core responsibility
  • Ability to interpret social analytics, identify performance trends, and present clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with social management and scheduling tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for B2B audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a deep interest in social media innovation, platform trends, and emerging best practices
