About the role

  • Director of Marketing Data Products at Paysafe leading data product strategy and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Driving analytics, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Data Products & Platform Capabilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for marketing data products
  • Define and evolve the core marketing and sales data model
  • Partner with Data Engineering for scalable, reliable data pipelines
  • Create standardized, reusable data assets for consistent reporting
  • Embed a product mindset into marketing data
  • Define clear data contracts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Enable Marketing teams to self‑serve data for segmentation and targeting
  • Ensure campaign performance data flows back for closed-loop measurement
  • Enable comprehensive analytics capability across campaign performance
  • Define and lead Paysafe’s long‑term Consumer Data Platform (CDP) strategy
  • Build a unified customer data foundation for insights across portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Wallets, eCash teams
  • Assess platforms within the CDP architecture

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in data, analytics, or data product leadership
  • Proven experience delivering data products on modern enterprise data platforms
  • Hands‑on experience integrating data platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience defining or delivering Customer / Consumer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders
