About the role

  • Director of restaurant for luxury hotel managing dining experience and staff operations. Ensuring satisfaction of high-end international clientele through exquisite service and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exemplary hospitality and an impeccable guest experience.
  • Be present in the dining room to oversee smooth service operations and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Handle special requests, feedback, and disputes professionally.
  • Supervise the dining room atmosphere: music, lighting, cleanliness, and Beaumier standards.
  • Collaborate with the chef on à la carte offerings, menus, and culinary experiences.
  • Ensure that service and offerings comply with Michelin-star requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Knowledge of sommellerie (wine service and pairing)
