Responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate materials on sales platforms (MKPlace, Lean, VTEX, etc.), storefront displays, promotions and presentations intended for sellers;
  • Develop campaigns and promotional actions aligned with strategic planning;
  • Research and produce benchmarks to identify the best solutions for materials and services;
  • Develop and present collections and promotional products for internal teams and clients;
  • Monitor and ensure standardization of the company’s visual communication;
  • Responsible for analysis of organic, direct and referral traffic, and SEO;
  • Prepare a monthly report with channel results, proposing insights and performance improvements;
  • Serve as the point of contact for storefronts, promotions and sellers for internal clients of the Farmácias App (Commercial, Operations, Customer Service).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing focused on sales and promotions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, creative and results-oriented profile;
  • Solid knowledge of marketing tools and supplier negotiation, such as:
  • E‑commerce platforms (MKPlace, Lean, VTEX, WordPress and similar);
  • Marketing automation tools (RD Station, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.);
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau);
  • Programming languages and databases for data manipulation (SQL; basic Python is a plus);
  • Digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways).
