Responsibilities
Be the strategic link between Trade Marketing and the Commercial Board, ensuring alignment, prioritization and execution of initiatives;
Develop and implement Trade plans aligned with the commercial strategy, adapting them to needs and opportunities;
Act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership, influencing decisions, identifying opportunities and driving results through a consistent year-long Trade strategic plan;
Lead the execution of campaigns and activations, including incentive actions, support materials and communication sequences, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness with the target audience and channel;
Monitor and analyze the performance of all actions, identifying deviations and proposing data-driven optimizations with a critical perspective;
Support new business initiatives in the company by contributing market insight, building value propositions and helping define go-to-market approaches.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Administration or related fields;
Experience executing trade marketing campaigns;
Experience with commercial and regional routines;
Experience with basic performance indicators and incentive campaigns;
English knowledge (basic/intermediate);
Strong organization and discipline in execution, ability to build relationships with the sales team and adapt regionally;
Proactivity, discipline in operational tasks and a delivery focus supported by strong interpersonal relationships.
