Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth execution.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or business management, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinker with strong data skills — confident using dashboards, reports, and financial tracking tools.
- Excellent communicator who builds alignment across teams and functions.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Tech-savvy and confident with modern workflow tools and automation platforms.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes.
