About the role
- Principal Program Manager overseeing program delivery for complex client implementations at FactSet. Collaborating with internal leadership and managing multi-workstream projects for financial services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the program and project delivery for complex client implementations
- Own enterprise-level program governance across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Partner with client project management and senior stakeholders
- Lead resource planning and capacity management across assigned programs
- Contribute to PMO initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- 11+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year, enterprise technology programs
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party dependencies
- Hands-on experience with PM and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP® or PgMP® certification preferred
