Responsibilities
Strategic consulting for selected national and international eCommerce clients (key accounts)
Development and management of performance strategies to sustainably grow client accounts
Analysis of relevant KPIs and data (e.g., search KPIs, conversion, AOV, data feed quality) and derivation of clear, data-driven recommendations for action
Identification and prioritization of specific revenue levers (conversion, AOV, revenue), including cross- and upselling opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Design, implementation and monitoring of optimization measures in search and product discovery
Configuration and continuous improvement of FactFinder setups (search and product discovery configuration)
Planning and delivery of trainings and workshops for client teams and stakeholders
Sparring and advisory at decision-maker level (C-level, shop management, eCommerce leadership)
Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Sales teams and active contribution of your insights to the development of our product
Requirements
Several years of experience in the eCommerce environment or related industries
Strong KPI and business understanding (conversion, AOV, ROI, revenue)
Analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making
Strong technical and IT understanding
Experience with A/B testing, campaigns or personalization is a plus
Confident communication with diverse stakeholders
Ownership mindset and enjoyment of responsibility
Languages: German (business fluent), English fluent
Willingness to travel within D/A/CH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
