About the role

  • Customer Onboarding Assistant ensuring the successful onboarding of clients for a financial management platform. Collaborating with Customer Success and managing CNPJ registrations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the credentialing of our clients' acquirers (payment processors)
  • Receive tickets from the Customer Success team via the Zendesk platform
  • Register new CNPJ on the client's profile within F360 Finanças
  • Request information from the client via Zendesk ticket
  • Send the agreement form to the client to complete when involving an acquirer
  • Monitor the receipt of files from the acquirers in the client's profile
  • Proactively contact the acquirer by email in case of delays
  • Notify the client upon completion of the process and close the ticket

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in administrative roles and/or customer service
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a technology or retail company (a plus)
