Customer Onboarding Assistant ensuring the successful onboarding of clients for a financial management platform. Collaborating with Customer Success and managing CNPJ registrations.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the credentialing of our clients' acquirers (payment processors)
Receive tickets from the Customer Success team via the Zendesk platform
Register new CNPJ on the client's profile within F360 Finanças
Request information from the client via Zendesk ticket
Send the agreement form to the client to complete when involving an acquirer
Monitor the receipt of files from the acquirers in the client's profile
Proactively contact the acquirer by email in case of delays
Notify the client upon completion of the process and close the ticket
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in administrative roles and/or customer service
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience working in a technology or retail company (a plus)
