Responsibilities
You lead, develop, and motivate the sales team including presales, with a focus on coaching, clarity of goals, and performance
You are responsible for the entire sales process and conversion funnel – from lead management through KPI tracking to reporting
You oversee the marketing team and plan all marketing activities – including online campaigns, CRM usage, and purchased leads
You strategically expand team structures, support recruiting and onboarding, and scale the team from 5 to 20 people
You lead partner management, including negotiations, collaboration with trades and general contractor firms, and quality control
Requirements
A degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training
Several years of sales experience with proven success and experience leading teams (>10 people), ideally including building teams and structures
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, CRM tools, Google and MS Office, including data-driven decision making
Empathy, strong motivational skills, conflict-management ability, resilience and leading by example — you promote team culture and a performance-oriented environment
Native German speaker; English is an advantage — plus experience with sales and marketing automation and stakeholder management
