Responsibilities
Build a broad network by being the conduit between all internal enablement teams and our client facing teams.
Partner with leadership to analyse trends and support performance outcomes.
Work closely with team members to understand their development needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Support change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, reporting and systems.
Identify emerging skills needs to support future capability.
Manage staff capacity to minimise downtime and optimise utilisation.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and balanced team culture, with a focus on wellbeing, diversity and equity.
