Responsibilities

  • Leading Recruitment for Northern Ireland across all service lines on a maternity cover fixed term basis.
  • Managing a team of recruiters with a strong focus on performance management and driving excellent client and candidate experience.
  • Driving direct sourcing and reducing the reliance of agency usage.
  • Business partnering across all service lines in Northern Ireland.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and systems and adapting them to help the business recruit more effectively.

Requirements

  • Recruitment leadership experience alongside leadership experience.
  • Understanding of latest employment legislation and key issues surrounding immigration.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of core assessment and selection tools.
