Responsibilities
- Erarbeiten und Priorisieren von Anforderungen in Form von User Stories zusammen mit Fachvertretern, Product Owner und Entwicklungsteam
- Begleitung der Umsetzung von User Stories während der Sprints und Sicherstellung der Abnahmekriterien
- Erarbeiten und Abstimmen von Features im SAFe-Kontext
- Integration von UX-Methoden (Customer Journeys, Nutzertests, einfache Prototypen) in die Anforderungsarbeit
- Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops mit Stakeholdern und Endanwendern
- Identifizieren und Vorantreiben von Optimierungspotenzialen (Digitalisierung, Prozessverbesserungen)
- Bereitschaft, temporär andere Rollen zur Unterstützung des Teams zu übernehmen (z. B. Product Owner- oder UX-Stellvertretung)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbarer Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst in der agilen Softwareentwicklung oder ähnlicher Rolle
- Erfahrung mit SAFe- und Scrum-Methodiken; sichere Anwendung von Jira und Confluence
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Teamplayer mit hoher Selbstständigkeit und adressatengerechter Kommunikation
- Verständnis von Prozessen und Prozessmodellierung sowie gutes Geschäfts- und IT-Architekturverständnis
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz (ca. alle 2 Wochen)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
