Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
Open up new business potential through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
Advise on and market technical wholesale/pre-service products from the Gamma SIP portfolio
Acquire and manage tenders/RFPs
Achieve individually agreed sales targets
Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Participate in marketing activities with a focus on target markets
Monitor the market, analyze competitors and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to implement customer-specific solutions
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and the competitive landscape)
Willingness to travel (flexibility for field and customer appointments across Germany) and high self-motivation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to cultivate and develop partnerships on an equal footing
Structured working style and strong closing skills
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Good English skills, spoken and written
