About the role
- Java Developer designing and developing integration solutions for various systems at Expleo. Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless communication between applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration flows using IBM Integration Bus.
- Implement message transformations and routing logic using ESQL.
- Work with various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) for integration.
- Integrate systems using HTTP, SOAP, and REST protocols.
- Configure and manage IBM MQ queues for message handling.
- Package and deploy BAR files to integration nodes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues using Trace Nodes, User Trace, and logs.
- Build simple flows (e.g., HTTP → Transform → MQ or DB).
- Monitor and restart integration nodes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong core Java programming skills.
- Basic IIB concepts: message flows, nodes, integration servers.
- ESQL fundamentals for transformations and routing.
- XML, JSON, CSV data formats.
- HTTP, SOAP, REST protocols.
- Understanding of IBM MQ queues and message handling.
- Creating and deploying BAR files.
- Using Trace Nodes, User Trace, and logs.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus and IBM MQ.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices.
