Responsibilities
Create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success
Partner with senior leadership to develop and contribute to the integrated marketing strategy
Collaborate with partner teams to develop compelling campaign platforms and clear go-to-market plans
Support cross-functional execution of brand campaigns
Lead the day-to-day management of creative and media assets
Be a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards
Build strong relationships with key partners across all key stakeholder groups
Ensure delivery on campaign goals and track performance
Own the measurement plan in partnership with Analytics & Insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (9+ years) with a track record of delivering results in marketing, creative leadership, and strategic planning
History of data-driven brand strategies from vision to development across the full funnel of marketing channels
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives and competing priorities
Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights
Experience in understanding and delivering on KPIs
Proven results in delivering business value through brand strategies
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry and cultural trends to create breakthrough campaigns.
