Responsibilities
Handling inbound requests from customers who have already shown interest in Exoticca’s products.
Understanding customers’ needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making process, and offering tailored travel solutions.
Presenting Exoticca’s value proposition and benefits with a high-end, consultative sales approach.
Developing strong product knowledge across destinations and travel packages.
Working with clear individual targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Ensuring operational excellence by following internal policies and procedures.
Actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales with a strong performance track record (ideally 3+ years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills.
Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, supporting international markets: 13:00–22:00, 15:00–00:00, 17:00–02:00, 19:00–04:00 (Rotation between weekdays and weekends)
English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a strong plus, especially for our key markets (Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, UK, US, CA).
Based in Barcelona.
Background in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools.
Knowledge of travel trends or experience selling premium products.
