Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of publisher performance to suggest improvements in monetization.
Identify and qualify new leads to expand your assigned portfolio.
Build long-term loyalty through proactive communication and fast issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (tasks, QBRs, and pipeline status).
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the email industry, preferably on the supply/publisher side, with a focus on monetizing traffic.
Prior experience with dating advertising inventory and dating email marketing will be highly appreciated.
Strong understanding of online digital/advertising and the general needs of online advertisers and publishers.
Proven experience in business development and account management, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
Experience managing, monitoring, and planning email databases using CPC and CPM models.
Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis.
A minimum of technical skills, including familiarity with HTML and Analytics tools.
Fluent English is a must.
Additional languages (Spanish, French, Russian) are highly valued.
