Responsibilities
Point of contact for client communication via Email/Ticket & Live Chat
Help clients working with the ExoClick platform, ensuring internal procedures are followed and maintaining consistently high standards of work.
Taking ownership of unresolved issues and following them through to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Troubleshoot 1st level technical issues for internal products
Manage workflows/reports to agreed KPIs
Identify business opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with our Sales department
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
Bachelor degree or equivalent. Degree in languages highly valued.
You are fluent in/or native English
Strong oral and written communication
Multi-tasking abilities and good time management skills.
Analytical skills.
Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
Proficient with PC based software and browsers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to changes in processes and platform development

Sales experience with online advertising/publishing
