About the role

  • Senior Manager at EXL driving growth through digital transformation and targeting Data & AI clients. Collaborating with teams to enhance solutions and expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates and grows net new business by identifying and targeting potential clients in the digital transformation space.
  • Leverages personal and professional networks to expand business opportunities and develop new pipeline with a focus on Data & AI driven accounts.
  • Utilizes market research and competitive analysis to craft effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and partners to enhance solution offerings and increase the EXL’s visibility in the market.

Requirements

  • 6-8 Years of experience in sales deals with large enterprise clients
  • Resource with considerable exp of playing a pivotal role making strategic decisions for a service line/BU. Must be well versed in the field of IT Consulting, Business Intelligence, Market Research, and Product Development.
  • Experienced in working with the leadership teams, to incubate new initiatives for product/solution development. Well versed in the field of opportunity assessment and business planning.
  • Hands-on experiences of working in collaboration with C-level executives; & preparing business strategy presentations/collaterals.
  • Ability to step in and lead client pursuits incl. RFPx, client workshops, industry forum meetings, etc.
  • Drive solution workshops, due diligence activities, verbal presentations and planning for client visits.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams including – sales, commercial & delivery teams, BU leadership teams for successful growth of the BU
  • Partner with leadership team, special committees and external consultants to support key initiatives including - developing cross BU solutions leveraging existing capabilities
  • Facilitate engagements within large accounts to expand existing scope of services
  • Co-create plan of action for specific accounts based on their strategic importance to the BU.
  • Skilled in developing services & solution pitch as part customer entry strategies
