About the role

  • Assistant VP managing market growth through sales for digital transformation clients in data & AI-driven accounts. Leveraging networks and market analysis to enhance business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle E2E bid and presales activity
  • Project planning to ensure closure of growth initiatives
  • Resource & cross functional team management
  • Timely closure of growth initiatives
  • Stakeholder management and inter BU communications
  • Strategic support; incl. and not limited to reporting and status monitoring for cross SGU &/or IMU leadership initiatives
  • Adhoc support for growth initiatives, in terms of, solution whiteboarding, and thought leadership
  • Mentoring of Junior resources

Requirements

  • 8-10 Years of experience in sales deals with large enterprise clients
  • Preferable to have U.S. Healthcare knowledge
  • Leadership & accountability
  • Strong communication and command on the subject in-hand
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and time management
  • Technical skills – Proficient in MS office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Ability to conceptualize and ideate; and envision growth path in an ever evolving U.S. healthcare landscape
  • Willingness to learn and grind
  • Exp: 10-12yrs of exp
