About the role

  • Executive assistant providing high-level administrative support to senior management. Responsible for scheduling, travel coordination, and communication management.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support: Manage and organize files, handle correspondence, answer phone calls, and act as a gatekeeper to executives.
  • Calendar and scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts for executives.
  • Travel and event coordination: Arrange and coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and organize company events.
  • Communication and reporting: Prepare reports, memos, and presentations, as well as take minutes during meetings and help with internal and external communication.
  • Financial and expense management: Track daily expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Information management: Maintain and organize digital and physical records and databases.
