About the role

  • Store Manager for LOLIPOP overseeing operations and team leadership at a retail store in Switzerland. Engaging with international customers and ensuring excellent service within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the store
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team
  • Ensure smooth sales, checkout and inventory operations
  • Active participation in the store — you lead by example in customer service and teamwork
  • Optimal staff scheduling and training of new employees
  • Create and maintain attractive product merchandising and displays
  • Professional service for our international customers — warm, personal and multilingual
  • Implement and comply with hygiene regulations (food sales)
  • Budget responsibility for sales, costs and inventory

Requirements

  • Retail experience, ideally in a leadership role
  • Enjoy leading a diverse team — with empathy and clarity
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Passion for customer interaction — especially with international guests
  • Very good German and good English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills, commitment and a hands-on mentality
  • Awareness of hygiene and a sense of responsibility when handling food
