About the role

Requirements
- Minimum Bac+4 level education in corporate law (e.g., Maîtrise) or DJCE (Diploma for Corporate Legal Advisors)

- Strong interpersonal and drafting skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to respond quickly and work proactively
